All that $$ for the tank and filters and he didn't simply have it resealed? Must not have liked it as much as he thought he would after it was up and running.
good workResealing a 3ft tall tank and 450 Gal of pressure is NOT a simple matter say like on a 100 Gal or a 20 gal.
I've repaired a dozen tanks over the years. 135, 120, and 100 gal ranges, that was anything but easy.
It's not an issue of $, it's more just a hassle and he wanted to try something else.
Wow, that looks awesome!! I wish I had the space (and money!) to have a tank like that! I really like the way the wood looks. I look forward to updates!
