trying to find out what kind of cat fish ...

i had a dream that i had a huge alligator gar in a 10 gallon tank .....he bit me.then i saved my 3 year old niece from drowning in the pool 3 times.
but i did kept pulling him part out of the water to show my mom and other people his tail.it was like the fins that a fish uses like little arms you know what i mean?on a human they would be arms.
