Welll, the plants are doing great. They sort of sprawl around the top of the tank, like a canopy. Looks cool! The fish have done really great and are really active. My buddy took my old zebra cichlid off my hands into his african community. So i bought a small army of cory cats. Happy little folks, I like watching them as they are very amusing. I'll post some pics, maybe tomorrow!
I am battling an outbreak of green algae. In my previous tank, the algae always like accumulated on the glass lid, making it easy to remove. But I like the open water in the center. So I might just keep it going as is and research a solution online.
