I currently have an ocellaris pair, and a blue/green chromis. I'm kind of leaning towards adding a firefish pair, and two, possibly 3 bottom dwelling fish. And a few small inverts.
The sump is going to sit beside the tank, so that's why I want it to look nice. Will I get any pods in the display tank or will they just get chopped up by the pump?

That GHA isn't bad at all. The 29 fuge along with the HOB skimmer (which you can put on the 29 if you want it off the DT) should be great for your system.

You asked before and I forgot to mention that I am using the 3.0 pump. I have to have it on almost the lowest setting or my drain will not keep up. The store I got it from was closing and it was only $50 ($100 usually) so I couldn't pass it up. I will be able to use this pump for an upgrade down the line. Its been a great pump for sure.

Lol I should have taken a picture of it before I cleaned it. It was as bad as that pic, but it looked like rolling plains of green fur lol. I was at the lfs earlier and they said they make or can get made metal stands. I'm considering getting a 40br to use as the sump.

I also purchased a black sailfin blenny and a yellow watchman goby/ pistol shrimp combo today. Maybe a bit quick on the stocking but they are doing well.

I'm buying a 40br, a two bulb t5ho fixture and a mag 5 pump. Im buying it from someone on a local forum who can't set up their tank. The pump is brand new, so hopefully it'll serve me well.

I have yet to receive my cookies, I'll be waiting :D

My blenny is awesome, he has pretty much cleared his rock of gha, and he just sits on his rock staring at me lol.
