What are the white spots that I just noticed on my percula clown? I have been treating it for ick for 3 days now. I also do a 35% water change. Any suggestions on how to treat this.

I'm a little confused. Are you saying that there are new white spots that do not look like the ich you're already treating? Or is it just that the ich is getting worse? What method have you been using to treat the ich for the past few days?
I assumed the whites spots where ick so i did a partial water change, removed my carbon filters and added greenex to my tank as directed by the instructions.
