T-8s or t-12s?

which one should i use? i read a few times for somewhere that t-8s are better than t 12s. but i also found a table where it shows that t-12s have higher wattage than t-8s. which one should i use.

btw im refering to NO fluorescent bulbs.

Even though T-8 lamps use less electricity than their T-12 counterpart, the T-8 put out more light.

You can find more bulb choices if you go with T-12s, however you should be able to find a T-8 bulb to suit your needs with ease.
