filteration question

:headshake2: I have a very new Via Aqua system with a model 300 power head. Whenever I turn it off to clean it up a bit, I can't get it to restart. I see that the motor is running, but no water is being sucked up and filtered.
Any ideas?

This is a canister? Make sure the hoses have water in them and fill the filter all the way back up with water so little or no air is inside it when you close it back up after cleaning.
 
Fill the cannister with water than you might have to suck on the output hose to get water into the hoses then it will start.
