Well I'm going to transfer my plants from one tank to another. The planted tank has planaria in it! How do I remove it? The plants have some snails that i want on it too!
Just make the transfer. The fish ill eat the planaria and if there is any planaria left with good water changes and limited food going into the tank, the planaria will eventually starve off.
