I have 4 ghost shrimp right now, all of them are clear but one.

Every single one has nice color (not just clear, but with blue and other stuff), but I have noticed one is turning white.

Its not a milky white, but just WHITE. Its still active and everything.

Anyone know?

Color change is a sign of stress in shrimp. Usually the worst color change is from vibrant or clear to a milky version of it's regular color.

There are species of dwarf shrimp that do change their color to their mood or it could also be solar tide for all we know ;), but they do.

Aww... I'm sorry to hear that about your ghostie :(!
I have some ghost shrimp that have weird coloring sometimes. Like, some of them randomly turn speckled with black. I notice this happening whenever they finish eating frozen bloodworms. However, when they eat live tubifex, nothing changes. One of my ghost shrimp had like a white line/stringy looking thing inside his body. What is that?

Check your substrate for the worm/parasite. It can still be alive and infect other shrimp.
