Tablet Fertilizers for Dwarf Hairgrass and Hairgrass

Hi Friends...

I want my hairgrasses to grow well and cover the ground soon.
Just wanted to know if I can use and if its beneficial to use tablet fertilizers near the dwarf hair grass or will the normal liquid fertilizers do ?

you can though i would have done that before you started to plant them.

All I use is liquid ferts (dry ferts mixid by me) and my hairgrass grows fantastic. It does take a while for it to take hold and really grow well. It definately needs light (2wpg or more) to get started but once it spreads and has a good root system I find the light can be cut back.
