I'm still setting up my 20g long fish tank. I got it somewhat planted and still need a background as well as more plants or hoping the plants bloom once my DIY Co2 system is set up.

Let me know what I should improve on. I took these pictures with my camera phone - sorry for the poor quality. Still fairly noob at the aquatic photography skills too.

I recently got 3 new rummies; and now their noses are red. I'll probably pick up a larger school when I'm back from my trip.

Looks nice. Adding a background (a solid one, none of those jungle print things) and hiding the heater (just lower it a bunch) will improve things.

You may also want to consider adding some ground cover (HC, HM, Glosso, Marsilea, chain sword... many options if you have enough light).

VERY nice tank, I like the partition in the middle, good job! Let me know what you think of my tanks, theres pics in the link below.

Looks great! :)

I second the background idea.

Should I get a solid blue or black background?

Get the stuff that's reversible. Black on one side, blue on the other to compare. They sell it at Petsmart for $3 for 24" (I think).

hey bk, let me know if you need the address. There's still about 20 left in the tank.
