I decided to order some as i needed a couple other things as well. Today is the first day i have had it so a bit of a mini review.
The tank i am feeding it to is a 55gal with 1 angel 25 lemon tetras and 12 cory cats
The community sinking no carb pellet is what i ordered. What i wanted was a food that i could use as a early morning staple with it being sinking it would allow for the tetras and angel to grab some while they were sinking and then what sunk to the bottom the corys could eat.

First time feeding it today some of the things i noticed.
It seems to be very hard and does not soften up quickly in water. While the pellet is large enough to fit in the tetras mouths they constantly spit it out and take it back until they eventually drop it. The angel does the same thing even though i am sure he is big enough to swallow them whole they just seem to be too hard. I let some sit in water for more then 10min and even after that they were still hard. The corys seem to enjoy them. while they don't eat them whole they can eat them slowly right on the bottom. So for now i am using a dish to feed them to the corys... we will see what is left in the morning.

Ill add more if i can figure out a way to feed this :(

Yea i am definitely going to try some of his other products. Just kinda giving a description of what one of them was. I choose the no carb one simply because its something that is not offered elsewhere.

As for ordering the flakes though i really don't even know where to begin.
I want a real good staple but with ingredients for color and such, might have to mix some.

Alright sent him an email. I will let you know what he says.

here is what i asked him

I recently ordered your community mini color pellet to use as my staple. The tank contains an angel fish about 3" long, many lemon tetras and cory cats. However, I am having a bit of a problem feeding it. The problem I am having is while the angel fish and the lemon tetras are able to fit the pieces in their mouths they repeatedly spit them out and try to re eat them until they eventually end up loosing them and they make it to the bottom without them eating any. It seems like the pellets don't break down fast enough for them. I then tried to soak them in water for 15 minutes but the pellets remained too hard. Unless there is a better solution I don't believe this product will work as my staple.

The reason I chose the no carb sinking pellet is they seemed to contain the benefits of many other types of fish food in one which is what I am looking for in a fish food, plus I believed it would feed all the inhabitants of the tank adequately, allowing for the tetras and angels to eat and what did make it to the bottom to be for the corys. I do plan on ordering again as I am looking for a staple still. This time I decided I should ask beforehand. Any suggestions on what foods I should go with for a staple in this tank? 2-3 different types is fine, I would just blend them together if that would work. The reason I only chose one product is because more then half a pound will last me a very long time, longer then I would want to use the food before ordering fresher product. I am trying to combine color, growth, vitamins, etc. into my morning feeding.

Any suggestion to either a better way to feed the pellets or suggestions on what to feed would be greatly appreciated.

and the response i promptly got
That is a new food for them to try and that is why they do that. If you have some of the flake you were feeding them dampen the flake and press it around the pellets. This will give them the taste for the food without all the fillers and get them eating it. You will find much less waste and much healthier fish with the no carb pellets. It seems fish are use to the flour and they don't know what to do with food without any in it. You can even skip a day or two of feeding and that should work as well. Once they get the taste for them you should not have any problems.

Seems very realistic and supported by what happened today. I bought some omega one flakes today while grabbing some frozen bloodworms just because i was really getting annoyed with feeding old flakes. However, even though these are flakes as well the fish are having the same response. Seems they only like crappy flake foods right now. So tomorrow i am going to skip their morning feeding and wrap the pellets in flakes and see how it goes in the afternoon while they are hungry.

The fish are hooked on junk food.

BTW- I love your fish stocking.

Thanks, I keep going back and forth if I am really happy with it. However, I have a strong feeling that once the angel gets a bit bigger and keeps the tetras a bit more cautious I will be really happy. Right now they get a little too comfortable and start to explore making it look a little cluttered.

As for the fish being hooked on junk food i really believe that's what it is since it is most likely what they were fed in the shops. So hopefully this wont take too much effort to get them on some better foods.

I have a similar (but different) tank.... 1 Festivum, 20 Rummies, and 7 loaches... I kept wanting to add, but I like it more everyday as the Festi grows. Let them grow into the tank and you'll have a spectacular display IMO.

What variety of food do you feed them? I try to mix in frozen 1-2 x per week and occasional live.
