AQ 402 with CO2 injection system

There is an air intake near the outflow of the aq 402. Can I use this to as a reactor with a CO2 system or do I need more time for the CO2 to mix with the water? I was also thinking about putting an air stone in the uptake tube of the ugf that goes to the aq 402. Would this be better?

Thanks,
Don

Are you referring to a 402 power head?
If so, you can inject through that right from the bottom of the power head. Then use a small siphon tube with a sponge in it as a reactor. It will give you a fine mist of CO2 which my guess is about 90 - 95% absorption.
