Opi's Danio Retirement Home

~Do you have a single Danio that was the only one to survive a cycle?

~Do you have a couple older danios who have been around forever from when you first started fishkeeping?

~Do you have a danio whom you rescued from a beginner?

I have 4 older Danios that I have adopted (from 2 places) and I would like to increase their numbers to at least 8 so that they can form a comfortable school.

Instead of getting 4 young and fresh danios, I figured I'd ask around and see if anyone has any older Danios that are also in need of a school to join but their owners don't have enough room to get more danios.

Zebras, Blues, Golds, Leopards and all of their longfin varieties are welcome. Just no Giant Danios (they are less likely to school with the rest).

I will gladly pay shipping (as long as its reasonable).

Thanks!

Only a couple hours from me. Linesville, PA. I have to get a bag to put them in but you are more than welcome to them. Should be able to ship priority. I am thinking maybe wait until the latter half of next week though when the temperature goes back up into the 50s during the day.

Awesome, I'd love to take them! I'll send you a PM.

Wish you lived close to me. I have 5 danios that I bought as an impulse buy. Don't even know what kind they are as they were sold in a mixed danio offering at LFS. All are the same and look a bit like pearl danios, but have an bright orange line from middle of body to tail. Then, between doral fin and tail, there are orange dots lining their backs. I don't think that they are the glow lite danios either, but this orange color really does pop (thus the impulse buy). If they would only remain still enough to enjoy. They are a bit too "hyperactive" for me -- I knew I was not a big danio fan when I bought them.
