I found them! There are at least seven that I can count. There may be more that are hiding. The pics are blurry, because they are so small and really hard to focus on. :lol2: They are larval, do not have swimmerettes yet, can't walk, so are all pointing head down. Except the ones that have found a nice leaf to rest on. Some are clinging to the back and side walls. It's a small tank, though, so I can move it around, gently, to get better views. They are supposed to about double in size in a week.

Octomom! :lol2: I keep looking! I've got the macro lens from my camera that I'm searching with. With that lens out, looking at one of the berried girls, it's looking like I'll have my second batch in a couple of days, too. :)

I'm feeding them the algae based "growth food" from the housemate's failed Sea Monkey kit! :lol2: They've made it past their first few hours, so they must be getting SOME food from the water column.

lol first you confiscate your housemate's sea monkey tank then use the sea monkey food for your girls :p

You betcha! :grinyes: Actually, the girls are very happy chewing on sinking pellet foods, either algae wafers or regular community food (and you can tell who ate which color pellet, too! :lol2: ) It's the Littles I'm feeding the Sea Monkey food to. There's certainly a ton of algae in the tank already that I've been fighting back, since he gave the brines too much food and everything algaed over. But a little extra to be sure... And CAREFUL water changes! Oy. I use an airline hose for vaccing in the tank with any shrimp in it already! What ever am I going to use to vac the nursery with?! Pull the wires out of the casing of some stereo wire I have hanging around or something?! Sheesh!
