channa freinds

hi i have a channa pulcra in my 30 gal long he is full grown now so about 8 inch
i am upgrading tank soon to a 36x15x15 so want to add some freinds for him i was thinking maybe a plec and a syny or maybe a samll polly what do you think ???

the thing is jm that he will look lost in a 75gal he might be 8 inches long but he is less than an inch thick

so if u went on inch per gallon rule i wouldnt be able to keep a khuli in any of my tanks

also pulchra live in shallow water so a tank that size would be vast like 4x2x1 foot and u would never see him

i do see where u are coming from tho . but untill u see his current tank u wont see.

i am very lucky to have a channa but trust me they are a apin in the *** to look after he goes on hunger strike even jusy cleaning the glass he is a really grumpy fish lol

well my channa has had the upgrade he is now in a 45gal and i am looking for a fish to go with him a plec or synadontis what do u thing he has been measured at 10 inches now and he is fully grown .
