My DIY Pressure-Lock Baffle Sump

Since I got a nice classic aluminum framed 90cm aquarium for free I felt it was a good chance to make it into a sump. I came across this a while back and decided to try it:

This aquarium was kept in storage so I first masked off the edges then added silicon.

I bought some weather stripping and acrylic sheets. Cut them to size. 3mm was a bit too thin for the stripping to stick too, so I cut strips of cheaper plastic sheets and added them to the edges. this worked well.

Now, I'm just waiting for my skimmer to arrive today and then I'll buy some coral sand to fill in the center.
