I bought two small fancies earlier, put them in the tank, then came back to find the smallest of the two missing, and the filter intake tube wide open. Guessing what happened, I quickly turned the filter off (it's a hob, by the way), and out came the fish!
It looks beaten - its fins are ripped and tattered, it's missing its right pectoral fin, and it's missing an eye. It's still alive, and attempting to swim.
I'm just curious as what to do. Any advice?
