So this guy takes money, ships nothing, and ignores e-mails (from myself and at least 1 other member) and we take his posting off the boards ? Don't we think the members deserve to know that this guy is stealing money ? Or will it be the usual AC sweep it under the carpet and ban the poster (me) who brings the subject to light ? I'll tell ya where my money is (besides in Wa where the guy stole it !) Have a great day.
 
I agree Lupin, but many people are following this thread to see what is going to happen. I don't understand if the guy is a thief, why can't we call him a thief? Thanx.
 
Unfortunately, we have rules against speaking out private transactions in public. And we do have the feedback system to cater to as well as Buy and Sell mods to speak to for appropriate actions. It's exactly why the "offtopic" posts or feedbacks are threshed out of the sales threads.

This is under review now though. Don't worry about it. In the meantime, if your transaction has been long overdue already, you can leave the negative feedback. Actually one of the members had common sense to review the feedback system, a good example of what you have to do before you actually make a transaction with a seller. All transactions here have always been caveat emptor. The feedback system is there for everyone to record and read their purchases with particulars. That would help immensely prevent further disputes.
 
while I understand your concern, the thread was moved to get more information amassed and to bring admin into the loop. I am going to close this for now, so people can read it and know that we are not "protecting" this seller as much as the integrity of the site until all questions are answered. Thanks!
