I have finally planted my 10g JEBO setup. The initial setup can be viewed here:

So far all I have is a few Anubias, some hornwort and some other plant that I think is some form of hygro (grows like crazy in my 30g at my mothers house) I plan on picking up a handful of java ferns as well. I also have some java moss tied to driftwood via dental floss. I think it is adhering well.

The tank was planted on Monday. (2 days ago) Last night, I picked up 5 Amano shrimp. I would like to have many more, but I figure this was a good number to start with just in case something isnt quite right. Just overnight, I had at least 2 molts! The pic below shows an Amano greedily hogging a chunk of spirulina wafer. She is sitting on top of the moss that I have tied to the drift wood.
If you look closely at the top left of the pic, you can see a molted carapace stuck to the powerhead intake. I saw another lying on the substate.

Current water parameters:
pH: 8.2
Ammonia: 0
NitrIte: 0
NitrAte: 5 ppm
KH: 21
GH: 16
I know, PH is high and its kinda hard, but my tap is even worse! (PH of about 8.6
)
Last night I started a CO2 culture and will see if its ready when I get home from work. I have dosed with "Kent Grow" but nothing else. If for no other reason, the ingredients look to be great for shrimp molting.
Any comments, particularly criticism would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
