I don't know the names of the plants i have but i tried browsing a few plant database sites. I got 13 out of 16 plants.
1.glosso (Glossostigma elatinoides)
2.anubis nana (Anubias barteri v. 'nana')
3.petite nana (Anubias barteri v. nana 'petite')
4.amazon sword (Echinodorus bleheri) - wrongly placed at the back
5.tiger lotus (Nymphaea lotus) - i heard this gets BIG
6.marsh pennyworth (Hydrocotyle verticillata)
7.narrow leaf chain sword (Echinodorus tenellus)
8.Tropic sunset (Hygrophila polysperma 'Rosanervig') - still waiting for it to grow at the back
9. Willow moss(Frontinalis antipyretica)
10.Brazilian Elodea, Anacharis (Egeria Densa)
11. Ludwigia Pantanal - feels so fragile...
12.Tonina belem (Tonina sp. 'Belem') - almost dead
13.alternanthera (alternanthera reineckii cardinalis) - almost dead
14.dorimalia cordata - almost dead
3 others I dont know...

16. & 17. The one in lower left (seems like a cutting from a tree because the stems are really hard) and the weed-like plant in the bacground.
