Hi. I'm new to this forum (first post) but not new to keeping fish. I have kept Australian natives for about 10 years now.

Filtration - AquaClear 110 (500), running with 2 sponges

that is the largest catfish of its kind i have ever seen in the first pic! you need to feed it more.

I'm afraid that catfish in the first tank might outgrow the tank, I had a similar problem with mine... love the huge driftwood in the second pic
 
WOW old thread :).
With this 1 000 000 post thing I feel like there are Caped Crusaders flying around the forum doing good deeds LOL :).

The catfish has been moved to the 50g ;) , he's much happier there ;).

What the 50g looks like now, I've added some more plants since the photo was taken though.

Top is what is looked like at the end of 2006 and bottom is what is looks like today. It's all live plants now and I think the fish are thanking me for it :).
