BEAUTIFUL tank! LOVE the Driftwood, I'm a driftwood freak :)

The slate is there to help the driftwood sink, right? I'm thinking of just having my wife pick up a 5 - 10lb piece to help our massive piece get in the tank and DOWN! :)

overstocked?

hey

i am by no means an expert at this. however, i believe that your 10g tank is really overstocked. i think dwarf puffers require about 3g each. and a 10g tank minus substrate, plant and wood volume is really only about 8g.

have you had any problems with them attacking each other for territory?

again, not criticizing, just curious. i was interested in having some puffers in a 10g tank, but after research found out that it wouldn't have been the best idea. however, if the setup is working well for yourself i may revisit the idea and start a new tank up.

very nice tank by the way

newt, 3 puffers in a 10 gallon along with some otos and lots of plant cover is generally acceptable for stocking. There is always the chance for aggression, of course, so you have to keep an eye on the fish and be sure they settle in. Personally, I also have 3 in a 10 gallon and they're doing great! Have you checked out dwarfpuffers.com? You can check people tank set ups there as well. ;)

And nice tank paku! Great driftwood!
