White spots on Convict tail

I have a convict with some white/beige colored spots on her tail. I Have ruled out Ich there have been a couple on her tail for a couple of months but I thought it was some kind of damage. She has a few more now and they are different sized just on the tail fin her fins seem to be a little damaged maybe from a squirmish or something. I was wondering if you guys thought it might be fin or tail rot

the tank is 55 gallons
2 female cons
2 pictus catfish
5 rainbows
1 rubberlipped pleco
2 whisper 60s
ph 7.4
water quality is always kept great.

Yeah that is what it looks like to me but I thought I would get some more opinions, it was bothering me. She is eating and active more so sense adding the angels!
