My tank broke :X

That sucks bro

I have often wondered does that happen suddenly, or is there some warning?

i was at school and when i came home i saw the tank half empty (or on the positve side... half full) and i thought my dad was cleaning the tank for no reason.. so i asked my mom and she said that she was walking and saw a small streamish drip and she freaked out... so she called my dad to help her and they filled up the tank with as much water as they could and caught all the fishes they could too... at least they did somthing :/.. so now im left with an older version 90 gallon ( 16x72x24) and a stand my dad built... so im thinking im just going to change it to a vivarium :/.. and sell my fishes

or my parents are thinking af getting a new tank.. but thats going to be about 500 with my employee discount ... im soo bamboozled

I've rebuilt several tanks.. it should be possible.

If it's an old style without center braces use some "L" brackets to reinforce the top.

I had a 135 that was split and I did this when I re-sealed it. 2 years running strong now.
