Agreed with tanker.


I would add the rummynose first, but wait a week before you add the raspboras and of course test the water in between adding fish to make sure that its all ok.

I'd add only 1 species at a time...so your tank & bacteria can keep up with the added bio-load. But realize 3 angels are going to be trouble unless you magically have all 1 sex or 2F & 1 M. Smalish angels & the tetras & rasboras "should" be ok...but adult angels & juvenile others, not so happy. Do you have plants, liver or fake, to provide hiding places? Lots? Angels are hunters, neon tetra sized fish are prey, keep that in mind.
