Thought I'd rejoin after a hiatus of several years. I graduated with a BS in Wildlife Management last spring and am now working on a MRes in Ecology and Environmental Biology. The great thing is that I got to move from Washington state to Glasgow, Scotland to do it. The even greater thing is that I am using African cichlids for my project. My supervisor has some wild caught Malawi eye biters and I'm using them to look at maternal effects on juvenile behavior. I'm loving it and my supervisor loves my passion for fish and I may be advancing this project to a PhD project in the fall. Anyway, I've moved away from most of my fish friends and was feeling deprived of fishy convos and thought I would come back again. So, hi everyone!
