I have a 25 gallon tank and I'm setting it up soon. I'm going to buy a male and female bristlenose! I'm hoping they will bred and need to know a few things. Will they breed if there is other fish in the tank? I'm thinking of getting a few cories a male betta and maby some swordtails. I don't know if that community would work but I've posted about it to see if those fish would get along, so now I need to know if they would breed in that type of community.

Make sure to provide a large cave for the male to brood in. Also, I wouldn't have the cories in there as well--they are well known egg eaters, and will stress the male quite a bit. Having 2-3 females instead of just the one will help, but will be too much for your tank.
