Tell me about it... it's driving me crazy. But I've always said that these plants are helping me learn patience. The terrarium is about 20" tall if I remember right... I'd have to measure again. But I think it's about done growing up, now it's just got to bloom! LOL

Any one got a thought on what the "other structure" is? There's a debate among my friends as to whether it's a seed pod of some kind our a second flower bud...

WOW! That is beatuiful! I think you have at least one more flower coming off of that, and based off of the second pic you may have two more! Any see packets would form at the base of the flower. As with all flowers the ovaries are located at the base of the flower. If pollinated, the seeds will develop there rather than in another part of the plant.

Im telling you it'll get taller. That looks like a second flower bud.

Here they are!
My biggest news is in the smallest form. I found a tiny 'viking'!
Nepenthes mirabilis var. globosa 'viking'

Nepenthes x hookeriana (pitcher on the left just opened yesturday)

Nepenthes ampullaria (pitcher on the right is about to pop)

Nepenthes albomargarinata

Nepenthes bellii #1

Nepenthes bellii #2

Nepenthes bellii #3

Nepenthes reinwardtiana

Nepenthes x kuchingensis

Nepenthes x ventrata

newest pitcher

Nepenthes bicalcarata 'orange' (just opened)

Nepenthes rafflesiana 'Giant'

Pinguicula primuliflora
my pot of little plantletts from the mother.
Can you spot the hitch hiker?

Sarracenia purpurea

Drosera binata

Utricularia graminifolia
Don't why none of these are actually flowering, just sending up stalks.

Drosera binata babies
yup, just too the head of a binata and soaked it in water and forgot about it. Then I planted it.

Mixed Sarracenias
some from my bog, which I think wouldn't survive the winter.

Last but not least. Surprising how well this one is doing.
Nepenthes spectabilis x aristolochioides

Thanks for looking
