I personally have never owned Mobas, but those look like 2" Mobas. They are still young, give them some time.

Have you personally seen the ones you are comparing these to? Photos don't count because color is based on lots of variables and can be enhanced or changed even if unintentionally by the camera.

I don't see anything about the form of yours that suggest a lack of quality. If there is a difference you may not have the exact collection point and/or care given to these young. The food fed the fish, the brand and models of light bulbs over the tank and the camera can all play with the color expression or appearance these have. How long have they been in your tank? You know moving tanks is stressful and could affect their color.

+1 on camera and lighting. It looks to me that either the white balance is way off or there is too much blue light in the tank.

I've had them for about a month. The mooning is what bothers me the most. I have other F1s half the size with much more color.

What ratio of blue to white should I be looking for. My LEDs have 5 settings of each color.

That depends on what look you are after. I am just seeing a lack of any other light than blue. I would at least add some of the white leds if it has to have a full spectrum.
