Sounds possible to me (cancer/tumors). Sorry I don't have anything helpful other then try to get rid of that ammonia. Not to say it is the problem but it doesn't help anything. Hope he pulls through!

Thanks for helping, the dark spots have decreased in size so they are dieing or his immune system targeting them. He has had them for months quit possibly since purchase. They where 3/4 of a centimeter by 3/4 of a cenitmeter when I started actively observing them so they might go away.

Got a better light 1300 lumens and 6500k it is bright enough for about any plant will get plants today or tomorrow he is looking better tooimage.jpeg

Even pleco died 99% sure of it. Ammonia was at about .75 so something died. Performed water change and got it down to ~.30ppm. Still dosing with prime. May get more plants today.

Oh... :( I am so sorry that we can't figure this out and he isn't getting better. If it is cancer/tumor I don't think there IS anything we can do though.
