Feeding Honey Gourami

Honeys are always peaceful, ime. If they aren't, then you may be confusing the fish with a different type of gourami.
Is this a sunset "honey" gourami or a true honey? Could you get a picture?

I don't have a honey yet, but am considering purchasing a couple. How do you determine a "true Honey"? My LFS guy said he can also get the sunset honey if I would prefer that. Can you post pics of the two Anders?

They are actually Trichogaster labiosa, a variant of the thick-lipped gourami.
