I'll second the Pygmy Angel. I have an African Flameback Pygmy Angel that's never picked at any of my corals (though I don't have any SPS). It's a gorgeous bright blue with a bright yellow face and stripe along it's back. It's fins are yellow edged with blue. Definitely one of my favorites. The pygmy angels are generally supposed to be safer than the normal dwarf angels though I think it's always up the individual... I'd also second the blue assessor. Very neat all blue fish.
