Are there any catfish that are tiny full grown and look like Bullheads?

There are Madtom catfish which usually stay under 6" in length and resemble bullhead. The only truly tiny catfish that I know of are Hara ssp. such as the Hara jerdoni.

I want some for my 29g Biocube. Ideally they would get no bigger than my neons.

Your only option then is Hara ssp.

    Franks aquarium carries Hara Jerdoni.

Erethistes jerdoni could be exactly the fish you are looking for. What temp are you keeping the tank at? They like a tad bit cooler water with lots of oxygen

Lately, I've been looking for a small catfish to keep around the bottom of my tank too!
