I found something on my 6 year old parrot fish today that has me concerned. It's just behind his eye. Small red dot with a white tubular protrusion from the middle. I tried to get pics of it but I'm not sure how well you can see it. I tried to zoom in a little. Can anyone tell me what this is and how to treat?
I have 5 tanks and the fish in all my tanks have always been very healthy. I've never seen this before.
He is in a 125 gallon with 11 other fish including silver dollars, a columbian catfish, 2 plecos and other various cichlids.

Water parameters?
Maybe hole-in-head?
A medicine I always recommend is Methlyene blue.
