Stocking a 75 gallon tank

This is really not a good idea. The Green terrors are far too large to put with other fish.

Secondly the turtle has very specific requirements and those are not inline with the fish's requirements. Additionally, turtles snack on fish. . .

Stick with a single pair of severums and a school of large tiger barbs. I wouldn't really add anything else other then that.

That's too many pairs of large cichlids for this size tank. You're only asking for heartache trying to plan for all of them. I STRONGLY suggest going with a single pair of severums a large school (15+) of tiger barbs and a school of cories. You could have a bristlenose pleco if you wanted as well.
