It depends where I get them but this new LFS is great so after 3 - 4 days if I don't see any signs of lethargy or sickness and they are eating well, they are ready for the main tank.
I transferred them all in about 15 min. ago. I'll take some pics soon.
Some pics after the introduction to the main tank. Everything seems to be great. My rams swim with my rainbows, Gouramis mostly stay up top and my Kubotai Botia are loving it! Especially in a group of 6 now.

That looks fabulous! Are the loaches "dancing" yet? I have to say I told ya so, but I'm glad you're loving them!
Well, the previous 3 are quite a bit bigger and have been in the tank for close to a year so at first they would swim out, "sniff" the small ones then boot it back to their domain. The smaller ones would chase them all around . The bigger ones seemed to be a bit peeved at first, kind of like when a bunch of kids chase around their parents. lol But, they seem to be settling in nice now. Thank you for the suggestion!

Yes, my youngest daughter likes to clean the tanks, which to her means using the magnet thingy and the algae scrubbing thingy to clean the glass. I will catch her on a chair looking into the tank sometimes! She's 6.

I will catch her on a chair looking into the tank sometimes! She's 6. Cool! Nice to have helper too. I have a helping husband, lol, he does WCs & glass scraping sometimes, it's all good! At 6 she's not going to be lugging buckets but she'll get there before long.
