Should I get it? Cause a filter could be really helpful.....I did a weekly water change today and it was really gross, maybe a filter would help? Also, what little plants should I plant my nano with? Just sayin' 'cause plants look pretty and reduce nitrites.

Like Tiff said above, with a tank this small, I'd just use a small sponge bubbler filter like the ones on eBay, etc.
