Mafia #6.....The Play

As I head off to do a couple hours of homework, I can't help but have hope that if worse comes to worse and I am innocently lynched that once my name has been cleared, the townspeople will lynch DP in my honor, find out he is a mafia and remember me as a hero. It will make my parents so proud to see a statue of me errected in a town they know I love so much.
^odd...well jm was very vocal early last game and was she was a targeted mafia, she probably learned her lesson no matter what side she's on now...
wow. what a day in acville. even working half days i still miss all the fun!!! mike the fact you lied about dp pming you actually moves her back to a five on my list, her silence is still suspect but you may have chosen a random innocent for your scheme and i'll be watching her closely. i swore i would be more help to the town than in my first game (where i basically voted with judge all the way) so i have an appointment i gotta go to then im going to thoughly re-read all the posts, turn over some stones and find more scum before someone else finds all your mates. tell your buddies we don't allow mafia thugs in our pretty little town!!!!
Thank goodness I need to print something off and found this post. Ok about the lying... does law enforcement not place narcs in situations to get information, yes they do.. and yes it's lying, but in the words of the great Plato.. It is a Noble lie, one that benefits the good of the of the people.
Secondly... I think you are taking a bit of a risk going out and stating for a fact that DP is innocent. This has me thinking you know DP's true role and if that is the case, then you are both mafia.
Thirdly, DP was not a random innocent. DP choose to state their innocence 30 seconds into the game. This set of massive alarms in my head as it should have yours.
OK, had to go fix and have lunch, but here are my thoughts on Mike:
a) He is an overly eager newbie Mafia and gave himself and DP away.
b) He is an overly eager newbie innocent trying to dig out Mafia in an admittedly sneaky and underhanded way.
c) He is an overly eager Mafia trying to frame an innocent
My initial thought was a. And with the mysterious silence of DP for so long, I'm not too sure of c.
So a or b, Mike has made himself a good lynching candidate for the townsfolk and the mafia alike. And I would like to believe b, but that remark about saving a known Mafia for last doesn't make sense. The only good Mafia is a dead one, imo. But on the chance that Mike is just an overly eager innocent, I am waiting to see if DP has any better explainations for avoiding the thread for so long.

This has been the singlest most funniest day in the history of mafia game......im seriously giggling at my desk while at work......Mike i hope ur guilty cause if ur not ur like the god of all newbs.....joander and CL both worshipp at ur feet. ..........:lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
