Some Prime questions

I've read the raves about Prime (along with the slagging down of Stress Coat, which is what I had been using), so I have switched. However, I have a few, probably pretty silly, questions:

1. Is it possible to use too much? I have been using 7-8 drops in a 3-gallon bucket. I am I simply wasting my money, or am I doing actual harm to the water?

2. Is there any stirring or mixing up that needs to be done? Just popping a drop or two per gallon into the bucket seems way too easy.

That's really it. This stuff seems like some sort of miracle product, but it appears to be a favorite of many on this board, so I've made the switch.

Thanks!

when I use it in a bucket I add the water after I added the prime..the water will then mix the prime

7-8 drops in a 3 gal bucket is fine

you can safely add up to 5 times the normal dose without detriment to the livestock.. however, anything more than 1 or 2 drops per gallon is a waste of your money, honestly. the stuff is super concentrated, why not let it do its job with as little as possible? :)

It will disperse in any case. No need to overdose.

Me 3 ..........:iagree:

I love Prime. It is my favorite water conditioner by far. In fact, I no longer use any other product to condition my water.
