FOX also said that there was contruction going on when the bridge collapsed Id expect the death toll to rise. Really sad Ive driven on that bridge many of times, trully bizarre.
I still don't see how it could have collapsed. The contruction wasn't structural and the reports on the bridge say no structural maintenence was needed...truly bizzare.
some lady on cnn from a weather thing said somethign about a minor earthquake happening?????? not totally sure on it tho... and also they are saying they are done for tonight!!!!!!! EWHAT IF THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE IN THE WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Earthquake in MN? Bs. If there was an earthquake, why that bridge? It was 40 years old but was fine structurally. They have to postpone anymore searching because storms were moving through and it's night...
I know but right now they figure that anyone who hasn't been rescued already isn't alive. I just pray for a low number of people left...like zero.

Being in the construction field, I'd assume they just had a lazy inspector... I've ran into tons of them over the years. There's a lot of slack in construction quality control nowadays.

I saw it in the newspapers here down-under, that's really heavy... hope that any people stranded get rescued before that thunderstorm moves in, my thoughts are with the departed's families.
