No the rebels need to kill the President. Game ends when the President is dead or there are no rebels left.

Because the rebels only know who is in their respective groups and any investigations will only show other rebels as innocent, they risk helping the citizens rid themselves of rebels.

Rebel groups do not have the pleasure of knowing who is innocent. Only names they know not to hit are the ones in their group.

I wrote it in the top description but not the Rebel description, it should read.

The Rebels only get 3 investigations each per game. The rebel group that gets the hit completed doesn't get an investigation completed, the rebel group whose hit didn't go through will get an investigation completed. A non completed investigation will not count against your alloted amount.
 
Hey I just have one suggestion, how bout on the "lynch" night you post in it somewhere who voted who? That would be VERY helpful when trying to go back and see who voted what on lynch nights.
