Why is my vote in red?

I have not retracted it.

His way is votes in red are stickers and in black they are retractors...

I have always been one against it. I am willing to have an open mind and discuss it. I see the reasons not to.

This games dynamics are very different. True

A lynching of the president means the game is over. What we will learn is that the game is over. Of course, the rebels have a 5% chance of ending the game on night one too... if we lynch the body guard. OK, so I can see this. If we choose not to lynch, then we cannot possibly lose on night one.

Does anyone else see this as too paranoid? I'm not saying JL is, but I still don't like this plan.
I am unsure how valuable a list on day one is, or who we can even make a list. It seems the people who are on the hot seat are those that post.

Right now, everyone is on my list as suspects.

I also would like more input on why or why not to vote for nobody from some of the other players. I really thought Ogre would think it was a good idea, but maybe when he wanted to do it in the past when he was mafia.

I like the 50% chance of hitting rebels.

I do not like the 5% chance of ending the game with a hit on the president.

I am not even sayinh I am for it, I want to talk about it.

At this stage of the game, talking is the only way to learn.

I agree talking is the only way to learn, but if we all decide not to lynch anyone, then all talking stops... effectively. No new info.

Makes sense. How many of us has done this? It does seem that Jo gets jumped on more than his fair share. Let's see... at least we know JL has a reason for those he jumps on on day one ;)

BKW: It's called a 'tell' not a 'tail'.

That brings up another point. Like JL said, this game is totally different because even the rebel scum are hunting for other rebel scum. I am correct in thinking that either the citizens, one rebel group, or the other rebel group wins, but not both rebel groups right?

Anyway, some tells that we've used before may not be valid because the rebels will be hunting out other rebels. So instead of some things that we've used in the past, we really have to pay attention to who is voting for who AND when (that part was always critical for me), as well as who seems to be in groups.

actually i have been a lot more vocal in this game than many of the others, like i said in my first post, i was sleeping when this thread was posted ;)
 
once again i think my vote will come down to who is helping the town and who isnt night one. it worked for DP last game so who knows. people that do not post will be the most suspicious, and arent helping one way or another IMHO. if your not posting its because you have something to hide, or maybe they are having trouble hooking up with their teams.

IF the bodyguard is still alive and a successful hit is put onto the President the Bodyguard will die instead. Since neither Rebel team knows who the other one choose it will not give away the President as being the Hit.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if rebel team A puts in a hit for 'Gillboy7,' then 'Scaleface' shows up dead (AND team A has their nightly investigation rejected because their hit went through), team A will know that 'Gillboy7' IS the president. Right?
