ok, reading through day one, heres a list of people i feel need to be watched

ZSandman - not many posts from a person who is usually right up there with the top posters in this game..concerns me
Mee-mee - im not so sure about her..its hard to read..but it seems like she's nervous about something..hidden agenda?
Lady G - a little too pushy for my liking..trying to get lynch trains started for your mafia buddies?
ewurm - you all know i don't like super early votes on day one..seems suspicious to me that he threw a vote out and took so long to explain it..but i also get a bad vibe from him...newbie mistake..or mafia planned?
Ice - sorry man..but the avatar change is really sticking with me..and you felt the need to explain it..just like last game when you felt the need to say you did not start the train on swayde..which gave you away

also,the people who are pretty much non-existant..they are either unaware the game game has started...or really laying low..

The first day is always the hardest. There is never really much to go on. However there are interesting things happening early. HN is my prime suspect thusfar, his first post alluded he is innocent. He responds with "it was just a dig at Mee Mee". It was actually both. A dig at MM with subltle untertones of "i'm innocent" implied. Then after some finger pointing (looking for scum or trying to confuse?) he seizes the opportunity to park his vote on me. Says I'm his best suspect. And why??? He says I'm playing differently this round. Un Huh. Classic mafia.

How am I being pushy and trying to start trains? All I have done so far is try and get ppl to talk more to try and figure them out better before I decide who I want to vote for, is that really so bad? Have you seen me vote or even insinuate I was going to vote for ANYONE yet no...so how am I trying to start trains?
Besides I am usually out there...isn't that why I was "hit" so early last game I was too quiet??
As far as Ice's Avatar change, well I agree it is a good avatar for the game...but hey didn't you change your avatar also, I realize that you didn't go get a bio-hazard sign but you did change and why maybe to distract ppl from really reading your post:lipssealedsmilie:

I never retracted my vote. Trying to throw some confusion out there Sway? Hoping that if people forget there was a vote on MM that they'd look elsewhere?

MM this is what I mean by liking what comes out of my vote sitting on you. Not necessarily anything you say or do but what others say and do. You don't have to admit guilt if others in your group do it for you.

ballroom dancing is mad fun, especially once you get the hang of it....I did tap, jazz, ballet and acrobatics as a kid (thus the avatar) and it's nothing like this....you constantly have a partner, in ballroom, to worry about but then you still have to figure out your own stuff...when you do turns you create 1 center of balance using both your bodies and etc, etc...it's fascinating...

mee-mee, i've gotten worried about you again....you're jumpy now...I poked you with a stick mostly to see your reaction and you've gotten way more defensive than you usually do when you're innocent....I also noticed you've role-played once....maybe it was just old habits, but it seemed when you were innocent other times you had roleplayed about 3 or 4 times before anything good got started.....you aren't feeling peekish or anything? can we take your temperature, please?

I haven't had time to roleplay DC. Been trying to defend myself. And as most people know, when I do defend myself, I usually pull up every post I have made. But not this time, and I am not jumpy.

Yes, KOTD I know you do...the difference is you usually post something with some substance to it your "observations", instead you post the obvious "sorry for not posting anything today guys..ive been mostly watching posts looking for any slips..nothing yet". Classic it's day 1 I see nothing?

Just to get ppl talking about things alittle more I am going to post some thoughts here, don't read too much into them they are just thoughts at the moment.
Anyway ones that "tweak" me so far:

KOTD reasons posted above.
Charlie: not knocking on doors as he usually does.
Ewurm: Newb so hard to tell at this point, but he starts with a vote for HN no reason and nothing else, then once question like 3-4 times comes back with a quoted post from HN about ice saying "innocents", and adds I'm a newb in another post. Then others are still telling him when he votes to add reasons and he changes his vote to MM with no reasons what so ever.
MM: Repeating thoughts over and over.
Ice: His early vote is eating at me, I know he says it was "joking" but hasn't retracted and his voting early last game got a innocent lynched, he was Mafia.
Nmrsco: Has made only 2 post with "confused" meaning to them. S/he is newb also and may just be trying to get a feel for the game, but also may be counting on us thinking this way and was told to stay low for now?

We have heard nothing still from Jpap or Guppy, but the game did start on a Sat. and they may not be home, so not really going to read to much into that at this time.

These are just a few thoughts I had and all I can come up with at this point. Any thoughts on these?

And I have not repeated myself. I guess ya missed the post 79 I made. I thought I had lost my post 73, when I went to hit refresh. But I did hit the submit button and then I did post another pretty much saying the same thing. And I have only said twice about retracting my vote for Ice. And I have restated because I thought I had lost my post 73.

It was a joke at 1st but so much has come to light from it that I see no reason to retract. MM is running in circles trying to deflect it. She put a revenge vote on me for voting for her. From past games only the bad do this.

Sway is trying to deflect the vote and defend MM. Going as far as to say I retracted the vote. None of my posts say I retracted it and if anything the last posts actually refer to why I am keeping the vote on her. Is she not actually reading the posts?


I have to wonder if it took you an hour to post that small post on 70 how long did this post take? :laugh:

Still a couple of people to post yet. Just some notes of interest but not necessarily alarm:

Ice seems to be kicking in a bunch of doors, especially mee-mee's. All that kicking has generated some results, though and is helping the game get going.

HN also seems to be doing the same, just a little less, and also especially w/mee-mee. And it appears both Ice and HN have put small dents in each others doors as well, so can't say there's a connection yet.

Ewurm threw out an early vote for HN, then switched to mee-mee just as votes started picking up on her. If mee-mee ends up being genetically tested and found to be just a townie, then I would take a very hard look at him and possibly JL.

Mee-mee is perhaps just defending herself but there is a tad of anxiety there. It could be she's a bit annoyed at being constantly reminded of her faux pas in the previous game. Not defending her, but I think if people laid off of her a bit she may prove to be helpful if she's a townie as she has been when innocent in past games.

Nmrsco and KOTD have been lying low and possibly they're just observing for now, but if future posts are as sparse and unhelpful, there may be something more to the silence.

If they want to have me genetically tested, I am not going to defend myself anymore, it gets me nowhere. And they will lose a townie...and the train was started...

I agree with voting to have people come out of the woodwork. I just think its been slow since it is a holiday weekend. Jpap lives in CT and I know this is the last weekend before school starts so he might just be living up his last week of freedom. Don't know about Guppy but assuming the same.

Hopefully they both post today/tonight so its not a last second judgment call come tomorrow.

This is the case, I am trying to get comfortable, but Mee Mee worried me with previous posts. There is also the undeniable urge to jump on a bandwagon, which protects yourself, but I have to say that I am by far most suspicious of Mee at this point. That suspicion is not firmly founded however, and I reading every post for more info.

Jumping on the wagon, by no means protects anyone. Anyone who joins a bandwagon looks more suspicious. Especially those that follow.

Not really much to go on with all the lurking but this is where I stand.

And I did not freak just because you voted for me. Freaking out would be what NJ did in game 4, where she went full force after JM, and I am not about that.....but ya want to do a genetictestingwagon on me, then you will lose a townie (yes, I said it, the one we aren't supposed to say), so if I am genetically tested and it does show that I was a Townie, people really need to look at the ones who voted and followed......:lipssealedsmilie:

LMAO. Go with that then if it's all ya got. I've said repeatedly that I should be suspected and looked at along with everyone else. You'd know this if you've been reading all along as you stated. I've been actively questioning people including yourself. Why so defensive? You weren't posting until I called you out. I voted for Swayde looking for a reaction and did not get one. I did from you. You can always tell your buddies to take me out, but I'm gonna keep banging this drum. Sorry Charlie.

As you can see only 7 of us have even hit double figures in over 24 hours of posts. If it wasn't for me and HN there wouldn't be anything to read lol. Come on guys lets pick it up, as hard as the 1st day is its made harder but not posting thoughts. If you're a low poster and get voted out then its no ones fault but your own. I'll excuse the newbs because they could be getting a feel for the game but the Vets have no real excuse. Especially ones like Charlie that are usually high posters. I'd include Z in that also. If the low post counts were at least info filled I could over look the low numbers but even they are poor info pools.

I find it a little odd you are only suspicious of those who have cast doubt on you, I was implying nothing just noting it that's all. I wasn't hoping others would "hop" on anything just making observations as I also said in my post these are just "thoughts" at this time...but your response is adding to my thoughts. And finger pointing is pretty much all you can do on day one as there isn't much to go on, and is WAAAY better then just casting doubt/votes with no reason.
Why wouldn't i be suspicious of people casting doubt on me. Or people that wanna start trains on me. Can't help but notice HN started a train on me. But the one that starts the train isn't always the one conducting it. You two seem a little eager to get me lynched. If your plan works you better start making excuses.
HN casts doubt on everyone in every game I have noticed, his way of getting responses I believe.
And here a post in defence of your new buddy. Hmmmmmm...how many mad scientists are there?? I think i just spotted two of them.
As for you'r response on Z that is a little "ironic" you call someone out b/c they haven't been posting much...um seems like a little kettle calling here??

I had the same thought about the "clusters" thing...isn't that what someone last game got in trouble for, and I already commented above on him saying you haven't posted much when he himself has not been adding much so far.
Here's a good one. You made a post alluding that ZSandman and i are connected because we had posted within minutes of each other. You are trying too hard to cast shadows, which is what makes you dangerous.
