Not voting isn't very helpful to the town and is often taken as a sign of a bad guy who won't make a decision for fear of incriminationg himself.

I didn't say "not do anything" I said you admitted to sitting back and watching, which is exactly what you did/said except you used the term observe. Getting jumpy and retaliatory, eh?
