The victim selected for testing almost completes the actions by self action...
The Bio-Engineers have the results quickly, though a bit disappointing since the victim did not survive.
The convulsions were hard and incapacitating....
KOTD has passed from ACville, with normal genetics...

The Blue Mist....
Bala sees all but the highest points of ACville disappear below the blue mist.
Even he, at 22 feet tall, can barely see overr the top as it swirls past him.
Though made of solid stone, he swears he can feel shivers and tingling from one end to another....

While no one has any documented evidence what the blue mist does, there have been enough tales, to fill a book.
It appears to do things unheard of and affect people in a thousand ways.
