I don't have time to break down why at this time but if you read through you might get the same feeling with these people in mind.

You know I really hate this.. When people posts lists without information. While I agree with some of them on your list I really.. really.. hate it when people post names and either don't have anything to justify the case or are just throwing things out there for the sake of throwing things out there.

So you don't think that RB split the teams up according to experience for the Old School / New School mafia teams? How do you think he split it or do you think it's totally random?

I think he just posted how he felt that they were split up.. And BTW is that part of the game really that important vs the feel we are getting from people who we think are mafia? Just wondering BTW..

That was posted on 10/22 at about 9:30pm, early the next morning he votes for CS who is the top vote getter (same weasles) and the very next night he votes for DJ (a newbie he was going to let slide and not even one he thinks was being coached). And then he mentions HN too. He is right about the just watching and getting a feel thing apparently, he only has 11 posts total, but I know he's normally a low poster, which makes him real hard to read.

Now this I can work with.. you've taken the time to list your concerns and I can now go back this evening and see if I'm seeing the same things. I appreciate your input.

I could only guess its 8-8 as we started with 18 players and lost 2 innocents last night.

I saw this and thought, no, it couldn't be 8-8 because then we lose, but then I realized that it was two mafia teams.

Question though, what about the Accident, he/she was supposed to add a player to one of the mafia teams after tonight, so that would raise their numbers to 8-9 (before lynching and hits). Would rb make it that lopsided? I think someone else said that there were only about 4 plain townie roles in this game. Nevermind, it's early and I'm rambling.

Lady G, there is no way anyone could have known for sure that Charlie was innocent.

I started to say "The mafia knew." But that's not really true either. The mafia only know that he wasn't on their team, but that's probably good enough for them because they have to eliminate each other as well.

You really thought JL was quiet? I was thinking just the opposite. I thought that he was more vocal on Day 1 than he has ever been... not saying that plays to his guilt or innocence, just interesting that you would say he was quiet.

I agree that JL has been active.


My brain must be fried. Since I spent all the effort to write all this useless crap, I guess I'll post it.

DC hasnt posted enough for me to get a handle on where he stands. At this point, hes low on my mafia radar.

I am staying with my previous vote, it may change as time goes forward and more information is had.

You know I really hate this.. When people posts lists without information. Can't really speak to Ice's list, as he hasn't given anything to go on. I do find it interesting how after questioning his vote on Chas that I've so quickly gone onto his radar...

Problem with this post, is that we've got quite a bit of time until nightfall. So why the urgency to post the list with absolutely no information? By doing so, it kind of lends itself to others speaking up/making points about folks on the list, and Ice just being able to say 'Exactly! That's what I was thinking....' Ice never has to pull a case together; others can do it for him.

My main suspects at the moment.

DJ - he really has been screaming mafia, but I can't shake the feeling that he could possibly be another Mike. It seems like a safe bet vote and kinda worries me that some people jumped right on it after night fall.

DP - His start up is still very fishy to me. I have a hard time believing some of his excuses (not the cat thing, very sorry for your loss there), just the whole PM thing, having posts in multiple threads and then not being able to find the game thread. However, I agree with the observation he made of DC's reaction to nightfall and his quick vote on DJ that it looks very odd.

Everyone else is on equal footing with me right now. No major alarm bells ringing, but as I said, I don't have anyone leaning innocent right now either.

That's a bit ridiculous...I voted Charlie because he was playing like a maniac and that was the closest thing to guilt I noticed out of anyone. I'm a little concern that you just picked me out of mid-air? You and your mafia buddies need a new target now that you got HN out of the way?

On nightfall days I have to put in a vote early since I work from 10AM or Noon until about 9:30PM without access to a computer. This also means I'll sometimes go with a majority vote instead of wasting a vote on someone I don't feel overly certain about. I don't get to see the developments that happen during the day. My quick vote on DJ mostly goes with a reaction to his posts. A newbie using the words "hit" and "people are bugging me to make a choice" scream of mafia to me. In this case I'm not kicking a weasel, I feel more like we're bagging a weasel that popped out of its hole a tad too long. Maybe it's a ploy by one of the mafium to sacrifice in order to save a bigger fish, but I'll take getting one over what happened last night. I do have a laid back style of play, but I can't really help it, I'm a pretty laid back person.

Thank you for your responses. I will consider them, but for now I am leaving my vote in place. I am looking forward to your reasons on your suspects. I think DJ is pretty obvious, but I'd like to know why you think the others may be mafia.

Hey DC, how about using a little of your own brainpower to determine some lynch picks... Bala helps those who help themselves. You wouldn't be trying to blame your Chas vote on Hooked Newbie by any chance, would you?

This has concerned me about DC too. Also what concerns me is that he goes and puts out this big explanation and then a ist without reasons for people right after it's been noted that lists without reason look suspicious, claiming he has no time and needs to get to work. If that were the case, why even put out a list? Seems to me, he may be trying to appear helpful.

Ok, guys/gals...I couldn't sleep I had to come back and apologize for my last post. I'm sorry I got so upset. You know I had a really bad night at work, came home and found we lost 2 innocents. Then I read ppl saying "he brought it on himself".

When I read this it reminded me of when I was lynched for "freaking out" kinda in the same way (never said I'd take a UD) but still I freaked a little b/c I felt like I was being set up...I have a feeling Charlie may of felt the same way and that emotion came out in me. PPl said the same thing "she brought it on herself" and guess what those ppl were on the bad side.

So now I am going to look into who was on him early, and who said "he brought it on himself". I think this may be where the truth will lie.

This is going to sound hypocritical, but I also believe there are some who voted another way (yes, I know I did) but I believe there are some who voted another way b/c they KNEW he was innocent. No I did not KNOW he was innocent and really had my doubts about him..and it took everything I had NOT to switch to him, I am also going to look at those who were "on" me for saying I thought he seemed Mafia but not voting him, I have a feeling some of these KNEW he was not Mafia.

I will back on tomorrow and look through everything from the very first post's on, and post what I find.

Well, I just mainly wanted to come on and say sorry for that last "vent" post!! Really that is all it was a vent, I'm sure more will be read into it, but that is simply all it was.

why is it that people post what they want to do such as read through to find such and such but will do so later? G is talking about she couldn't sleep because of all this yet she says she's coming back tomorrow to explain.... was this really just a vent?

DD, it was 3AM...no I wasn't going to sit here and go through all the post's at that time!:drool: I said I couldn't sleep because I felt like I needed to apologize for what I had said, I did that...And NO that post was not a vent the one before it was, funny how you are the only one to post about it and take it that way.

Speaking of things...where have you been DD? What happened to the oh so helpful DD of last game?
