The 5th post by JL wanted to lynch me, Then ice pulls this stuff, i wouldn't call it strange, just trying to figure this out.. i also have my eye on several at the moment...

Everytime that I want to believe you might be being railroaded, you post. What exactly do you believe he pulled? He may be mafia, I don't trust him or anyone, but his post is supported. You were caught and yet you still flounder trying to deny it. Why not just say, I was trying to be incognito to help the town or something? You got busted. Deal with it. The way I see it, there are 3 possibilities with you right now.

1. You're mafia and got caught between being combative and laying low, unluckily someone was watching and you don't know what to do. If this is the case, I think your team is comprised of the quiet folks.

2. You're innocent and new to the game and don't realize that most of the players here can follow the information. I find this highly unlikely. Could be that you and the Mrs. are on opposite teams and keeping a straight face last time took it's toll...

3. You're mafia and being very effective at drawing attention off of others that originally defended you (yes, I'm talking to you here Ogre).

There are certainly other possibilities, but those are what I see as most likely so far. Day 1 sucks!

Ok, well, that was a lot of reading for nothing, lol..has any one considered, that regardless of the fact of who brains is, that he was asked to play the mystery character, and that is why he is denying things?..he in this game, is signed up as brains , to us, regardless of who he/she really is, in this game, it is brains.

If it is weezer, and he screwed up, so what, I did the same when I played brains1, it happens, I just don't understand, why ICE, during that game, you didn't call me on it, but you kinda flew into brains about it?...

I also want to point out, that I have no clue who is mafia, and who is not, I am not defending Brains, just saying, that I would at least like to actually read a few posts, that are not Ice attacking him...


....last time I made a list of players, Whom I thought might be guilty, and i had 5 out of 6 RIGHT, so I want to do that again, this is just my gut, i am in no way claiming that These people are, but I want to be able to look back at the end, and see how right or wrong I was...so please do not quote this list, please do not ask for reasoning, its not my actual suspect list,I don't have an actual list yet, unless you take the game play list, and remove me, lol...again, please do not quote this ect, its just for my amusement at the end of the game. K?...

So far it is a tie between Ogre and Brains.

Brains2- JL(5), Jo(54), CS(100)
Ogre- HN(52), Ice(64), King(94).

10 out of 18 voting.....these are who haven't yet=Blu, DD, LG, BKW, MM, Brains, Coler, Plantling.

But unfortunately I have to hit the hay. Too much going on between ppl. So I will have to read more tomorrow. And then there could be more evidence. Till then chow...

John has always respected mee-mee, true she has been known to run around with the wrong crowd, but when she is sober and going to those meetings, she is always great to be around. He's always been felt a little sorry for her husband, he has had to put up with lots, but that is in the past.

He has come to the pastry shop to see if judgemax has came by. John wants to help. He knew judgemax when she was a promising young admistrative assistant and active in the communtity. She had so much energy and was so bright. If anyone can help, mee-mee can.

"What a tragedy", John tells mee-mee. "It was her idea to sell french fries with part of the peel on, now our number one product, what a loss."

"What is a tragedy, Daddy?" John forgot his youngest was even with him as he pondered that not so distant pass and looks at his daughter and sees her energy and brightness. He wonders what made judgemax waste her life away and hopes his daughter does not make the same choices.

"If I can do anything to help, don't hesitate to ask, mee-mee."

"Help what Daddy?

They leave the pastry shop both with more questions than answers.

MM is tired from a long day. She decides to close up shop for the night. And glad everyone stopped by. It felt good to home again. She feels safe and secure when she is in her shop.

MM goes home and closes up her house and sits in the rocker her husband built her from times long ago. It is wrickety but it still rocks. And Chi, her trusty Chihuahua guard dog is by her side and safe also.

She hopes her fellow townies are safe on the morrow and they can finally erradicate their beloved town of the Mafiascum.

It really apppears to me that Brains is a decoy. The focus should not be on him solely. So far here, I dont really see a thing to make me think anything of anyone moreso than anyone else.

Okay, this Weezer / Brains thing is getting confusing. My instinct is that Ice caught something and given that Mystery Player (a.k.a. Weezer) might be married to the mob (mee-mee) again I'm a bit leary of accepting that this isn't just a diversion tactic cooked up by the mafia after they read Ice's post.

RB- Can someone edit a post without it showing an edit if they do it quickly?

the issue I see with the whole weezer/brains thing is one question.... why isx either one denying it?

as far as editing posts without the blurb stating that the post has been edited, if the post was edited quickly after posting, it does show up without the blurb... no one would know it unless specifically seeing the first one, and then the second one after a refresh of the screen.

OK, Ice, this is why I use different colors. I get that the things I thought you said were said by someone else. You just messed up the quoting. So you might want to make it clear were you start and someone else ends.

Now explain real carefully how exactly this proves the post was edited.

I ask, because there's this note at the bottom that says a post was edited.

I've been fooled so many times on day 1, but I think Ogre is mafia and jumped on the Brains confusion too quick and too hard without really reading closely as did DD.

Brains- I think you got busted and as of right now you are the only place my vote will move to. The shrugs don't help. Rb confirmed it was possible and against the rules (just like AD posts and we all know how those have been lately). Either come clean or present some suspicions of your own. Right now you are looking scummy and are making it tough to NOT vote for.

hmmm.... as did me? Care to explain that, Hooked... I don't get it. You sitting close to Ogre? What I find odd is that in your first paragraph, you are calling Ogre "jumping on the brains confusion" as if it's a silly thing to even consider but then in your next paragraph on the very same post, you seem to be chastizing brains. Which is it, HN..... next time try splitting the post up... might make better sense.

Maybe he's just watching, thats what Ive been doing for the last 3 games.. This is my first game, I hope this helps clear up your issues...

After having it sort of explained, now I understand. And, no, I didn't get it at first. It really would have helped to have some explanation.

However, this still does not automatically clear Ice.

ahhh..... now Ogre gets it... come on.

With 20/20 hindsight, it's relatively easy too see what Ice is talking about. His post on the subject was just a 'here this clears everything up' and it really didn't too me. Now that I understand that his entire post, except for some part of the end (where the post stops and where Ice begins stillhasn't been explained), I can see what Ice was trying to say.


Ice, to answer your question, you said that it was too early to vote, you voted pretty early. Since you were quoting another post, you are not just voting for someone whom you don't know. That's my bad.

another explanation post... seems to me Ogre that maybe you are trying to overcome your guilt.... you know how it goes when someone is guilty of something and they have to keep on explaining the same thing over and over.... it only convinces yourself.

I agree with you for the most part, but why the fascination with the Brains thing? I think that the mafia are laying low and laughing because of all this focus.
