Mafia #18 The Santa Game

Wow people! I just read through and jeez... I think I have some good suspects. Those late to question my post mostly.

Ok, I can't prove anything via a PM, in this case it was an email but still... I'll tell you what it said, believe it or not, condemn me or not.

"You are an innocent elf trying to help Santa." Nothing else, no other details, no gifts, no names of teammates, etc. (Hence my baking cookies comment)

Did Bob use different terms for others or are those harping on it trying to help the Grinch? I don't know. If you believe I "slipped", fine vote for me. You'll see. Do you really think I'm THAT stupid even if sleepy?

Like I said those late onto questioning it are very suspicious to me since it looks like they're looking for a "good case" to jump on that they can shrug off later while pointing at those who started it.

I'm going to do a closer review after I get a bite and should have a list to at least look at if the RR comes to town for me. Also, those questioning my silence or why it took so long for me to respond need to look at my posting history and deal with the fact that not everyone can get in while at work. Even when I work from home, I'm too busy to worry about this 99% of the time. Those who've played with me before should be aware of that and will bear scrutiny as well since they tried to quietly bolster the allegations.

So kiss my elven hiney! I'll be back with a few of your names before you Grinchies can kill me or convince my elven or fairy or whatever townies to do your dirty work for you.
 
Unless Blitzen is willing to come out, there's not much use in concentrating our efforts there. Perhaps the only way they can get rid of the coal safely is to use it on themselves or someone who's gonna UD.

This is Niko's 3rd game, so he may be due to be evil, but I'm gonna just watch him for now.

HN has me puzzled too. Would he really slip-up like that if he were an Elf?

silence makes that post look more and more like a genuine slip. but I am completely open minded as regards early votes in particular. they all serve a purpose.

My vote for you was what, an hour or two into day 1? I wanted a response from you and others. Plus I thought "fairy" may have been the term used for those helping the Grinch, just as apparently you and others thought it was "elf".

I knew it wasn't a slip. My thought was that you either posted that knowing it was so obvious that we knew you wouldn't do it and was innocent or that the evil elves might think you were one of the 2 that can't communicate. Either way we wouldn't lynch you and they wouldn't hit you.

I'm thinking at we're all elves, some labeled innocent others labeled evil.Well except for Santa and reindeer roles.

Because of an error on my part, in starting night PMs, that has been brought to my attention, there are 4 innocents that can communicate with one another, vice the original three.

Sorry for the confusion.

Just saying that the fact bethkira's vote followed yours so closely, with so much time left in the day is curious. You don't find it odd that you vote for me, and say something like 'it's a best guess' at this point, and she agrees and hops on, with 30 hours until nightfall?

As far as being paranoid, I think you're a little off. You're the one who has been sitting on 'Why did Hooked Newbie vote for me?' for the whole day.
