Please help Harley

My mom and step dad just adopted Harley. He is an 8 month old Lab. He was bought from a pet store in Ohio then returned when it was discovered his hips were bad. The pet store owner was going to have Harley euthanized when he was rescued and sent to a shelter. The Ohio shelter couldn't find anyone to help or adopt him so the day after Thanksgiving they sent Harley to a rescue in PA. Since then Harley has been in 3 foster homes until my step dad my mom adopted him. My mom took him for x-rays and were told that both of Harley's hips needed to be replaced, each hip costing $5000 each. He also needs physical therpy before and after. Theres a found raiser for him here. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Go with what? We have gotten more then one oppionion from the vet. I have watched that show. It makes me sad though.
